What my sessions consist of

Coaching is a support process in which the client (coachee) brings a specific topic, whether personal or professional, for example: a problem that is difficult to manage, a recurring concern, a challenge, a personal relationship, a situation at work, a goal that they want to achieve, etc., to achieve a change, an improvement, achieve well-being or achieve a specific goal.

Through individual sessions, I use a practical and personalized methodology. You will see progress in each session and feel how you gain greater clarity to make effective decisions. You will achieve changes, feel good about yourself, moving towards the desired results in a conscious and sustained manner over time.

I design a personalized plan for each client . Each person is different and has specific needs, so the number of sessions depends on the situation and what they want to achieve.

My coaching sessions are virtual, in a safe and judgment-free space where you will find openness and support .

For me, the coach-coachee relationship is deeply rewarding. Every step you take is a shared achievement. My favorite moment is when I tell you, “You don’t need any more sessions, you’re ready to go on your own.” That’s when I know we’ve done a good job together.

What Coaching is not

Coaching is not therapy or psychotherapy. These focus on treating mental health problems, often revisiting the past to resolve deep emotional issues. In my coaching sessions we will talk about the present and the future, with clear objectives and tangible plans.

Coaching is not mentoring . Unlike a mentor, who offers advice based on his or her own experience in a specific field, a coach does not tell you what to do. My role is to guide you to find your own solutions. This approach fosters a high level of personal satisfaction, as you manage to move forward on your own, with the support and practical tools that I offer you.
